Exercise should be a part of your dogs daily routine, it is a very important part of keeping your dog healthy. As with humans, dogs also need to keep fit to maintain optimum health. With a balanced diet and regular exercise your dog should benefit from good health and vitality. Walking is one of the easiest exercises for both you and your dog and it benefits both of you. The more you walk your dog, the fitter you become too! Don't leave your best friend in the backyard, take him out to enjoy the neighborhood. You just never know who you might meet. Your dog will love you for it. There are many different games you can play with your dog to keep him/her fit and healthy including long walks, fetch, Frisbee & swimming. A bored dog is far more likely to get into mischief and perhaps destroy some of your favourite possessions. |
